some encouragement…
I thought this mama needed some encouragement. Photo shoots don’t always go as perfectly as you’ve planned. Fortunately I’m a mama of two little boys, so I’ve experienced this scenario with my own family. I know many of us moms can relate to this…
You’ve picked out the family wardrobe, your husband’s clothes are laying out on his bed, the kids are bathed, their hair is done, they’re kind of ready (but you don’t want them to mess up their shirts yet, so we’ll wait for those), and hopefully you’ve even got your own hair and makeup done. Now it’s time for the photo shoot. Sometimes our kids are amazingly perfect and sometimes they’re just little kids (mine are lately, that’s for sure!). I just wanted to encourage all of you amazing mamas out there who are hoping for everything to go just right. I’m a mom and my boys act up more than I’d prefer. I pray for them daily and for patience for myself as well. They aren’t perfect, though they are amazing. But all in all, we can most often still get some great shots of the little people that God made them to be in all their glory! 🙂
