Over the years I am grateful to have learned so much about how to navigate my camera to create photographs of my own family that I truly treasure and enjoy. But at times I find myself wishing that I had known my camera and lighting better when my boys (who are now 8 and 6 years old) were itty bitty, teeny tiny.

But instead I am learning to look back and treasure the images that I do have. I found this little treasure the other day when I was looking specifically for some baby pictures to print of my oldest. This was taken on 35mm film when he was just a few months old. He is now a big eight year old. And I love that I have pictures like this one.
